Do the canvases include a frame?

Our works are printed on Canvas Roma Glossy 350 gr and do not include a frame, so that everyone can then customize it as they prefer, they are shipped rolled up and packaged in professional and resistant packaging. For any frame or formats do not hesitate to write to info@artxlife.it and we will find the solution for you.

Do the canvases have an extra border?

Yes, 4 cm printed on each side for the canvas thickness and another 3 cm white for the back of the frame where the canvas will be fixed.

How long does it take for the product to arrive?

The picture you choose, both in terms of graphics and size, is printed especially for you, the picture is 100% Made in Italy both for the materials and for the printing. If you have chosen to print the canvas only, you will receive it in 4/6 working days with free normal shipping, from 2 to 4 working days with express shipping, if you have instead chosen the frame option both in kit and
assembled, since we produce frames to order you will have to allow 10/14 working days to receive your Artxlife painting.


What payment methods are accepted?

Do I receive order tracking?

Yes, at the time of purchase you will also be asked for a telephone contact and an email which will be included in the shipment. When the consignment note is filled out we will insert your contact details to facilitate the courier and you will receive an email directly to your inbox where you can follow the tracking. , the telephone contact will be used by the courier to communicate with you about any delays or collections.

How long do I have to make a return?

you will have 14 days from receipt of the goods upon receipt of an email with photographic documentation specifying the reason for the return. However, consider that since the canvases are printed in the size you have chosen and with the subject you prefer, the canvas is specifically printed in the size and graphics of the your order therefore changes in taste/graphics cannot be accepted for any reason.
